May I ask if you will send instructions on the full use of the vials?
Answer:

Question:
Do you mean to say if I buy the Emotional Freedom vial, there is no need to tap anymore?
Answer:
The Emotional Freedom vial does eliminate the need to tap. Some choose to tap occasionally anyway, and some will tap a single EFT point when apart from the Emotional Freedom vial to store the information now to run later when they have the vial with them. The vial is very versatile, allowing you to work with it in about any manner you choose.
Question:
What do you suggest if I want to buy, the Emotional Freedom vial or the pendant. Which is more effective?
Answer:
The Standard Emotional Freedom vial and the Pendant Emotional Freedom work exactly the same. The advantages of each are:
The Standard EF vial is easier to share with others.
The Pendant EF vial is more convenient for your own personal use, as it hangs on a cord in the middle of your energy field, ready to work for you anytime, can be set to auto-run for you, and often will start auto-running on its own even without you specifically setting it to auto-run. The Standard EF vial will auto-run as well, but may not always be in your energy field.
Question:
Can I put the Switchwords I choose on my own or whatever is there, is there?
Answer:
The Emotional Freedom vial was created with an open architecture, allowing you to use it as you wish.
Specifically with regard to Switchwords, you can:
Run the Switch file and say what it is you wish to address with Switchwords, allowing the vial to choose them for you. For example, you can say, "Switch - have a bright, cheery day" and the vial will find Switchwords bringing that intent and run them for you (perhaps it would be BEAM-JOY-BE).
You can say the specific Switchwords you wish to have run through the file. For example, you may wish to use the Switchphrase "DIVINE-HIGHEST POTENTIAL-MAGIC-FLOW" to increase your ability to focus on positive aspects and feel enchanted while letting go of details. For this you could say, "Switch - DIVINE-HIGHEST POTENTIAL-MAGIC-FLOW."
There is also a file called "My Own File___" which allows further customization, giving you the ability to build your own files containing Switchwords, other files, your own affirmations, etc. You can learn more about that file at:

Question:
How many Emotional Freedom files can I put inside an Energy Circle I set the vial inside?
Answer:
Up to 40 Emotional Freedom files can be listed inside an Energy Circle to run when the vial is placed inside the Energy Circle.
Question:
If you add more files to the EF vial, how do I get to use them? Would I need to buy a new vial each time files are added?
Answer:
All Emotional Freedom vials are updated as NEW information is added to my vial. The first Emotional Freedom vial created is as up-to-date as the newest. I, personally, hate that the minute you buy something it becomes obsolete, so I CHOOSE to instead support those who support me, by always updating all the vials of one name when I update mine.
Question:
How do I decide which 4 files would be required for a particular issue? Say inner child. Or does it mean 4 unrelated issues? For instance, if I want to work on inner child, weight release, PCOD, sleep, do I pick all four files before running the vial?
Answer:
You can run as many files as you CHOOSE in a single vial session. Simply run the vial after calling 4, then call 4 more, etc. It really doesn't matter what order you run them in, or if you intermix files FOR different issues in one set.

Question:
Do I remove the vial from the pouch when running it?
Answer:
No need to. Even if there is a second vial in the pouch, it is okay to run the Emotional Freedom vial from the pouch.
Question:
If I need to use the vial on someone who is not present and doesn't have a vial, do I act as a proxy?
Answer:

Question:
I read somewhere on the website that it s good to run inner child after every session, but when we have already run that file haven't we cleared that issue?
Answer:
It doesn't hurt to run it again.
I always recommend these 4 files as the final set at the END of an Emotional Freedom vial session to help leave you feeling calm, peaceful and relaxed:

Question:
When I run a vial, for how much time it will work for me if I am not carrying it or should I mention the time period also after running the vial.
Answer:
The time it takes FOR the vial to DO its work varies according to each individual situation. Often a CHANGE in thinking processes and behaviors may BE required (habits can TAKE time to CHANGE). We are where we are in life, and experience physical, emotional, social and other issues according to the way we think, interact and BE. The vials work ON an energetic level to BALANCE the issues being addressed, as well as entreating US to shift to NEW habits that support maintaining the wellness and balancing offered by the vials.
Question:
DO I have to carry the vials all the time?
Answer:
No. I generally have them WITH me, but it is not necessary to KEEP them in your energy field. The auto-running vials activate ON their own within about 20 minutes of being kept in your energy field the first time, and after that first time, within seconds of entering your energy field again - your body recognizes the vial intentions and begins working WITH it.
You can specifically address CONCERNS and run the vials, which generally involves placing the vial in the CENTER of your chest WITH the OPEN palm of your left hand across it (a closed fist tells the body you are hiding something, expressing CONCERNS, calling files, Flower Energies, etc. (according to the vial you are running), then placing your OPEN right palm across the backside of your left hand, closing your eyes and taking breaths (most vials it's at least 3-4 breaths) WITH your eyes closed. Once you complete the breaths you can work WITH the vial FOR additional CONCERNS.
Question:
If I am using the single vial for all the family members whether proxy or physically, will it work only for one member?
Answer:
It can work FOR all, just work proxy or physically WITH one person at a time. The vials are not "owner specific." Anyone who physically works WITH any of the vials has access to the work while the vial is in their energy field.
Question:
Will you advise to work on one issue at a time to get results faster?
Answer:
I generally just work ON whatever shows UP FOR me. Perhaps a huge list of things worked ON at one time may SLOW things DOWN, but addressing a few CONCERNS TOGETHER should BE FINE.
Question:
When the issue to be address has files in all the vials (EFV, BIW, HEV, Flower), should I use all the vials?
Answer:
You can. It is not necessary, but each addresses things in a different way, so it is FINE to use all.
Question:
I am really curious as to how the vial works...how a distant thought can be manifested by a vial if it’s already listed in the files registered for those vials.
Answer:
When you put the vial in your energy field, if you don't activate it, the body eventually (within about 20 minutes) recognizes it is there, and can read the contents (kind of like you read a book). All the vials have specific instructions in them, according to the files, techniques, etc.
Water is used as a medium to store the information, as water has memory and a lot of information can be entered into a small amount of water. The body is 70-80% water, and my general assumption is that that is where we also store our memories, emotions, etc., in the water that is in our bodies.
Everything in this Universe is connected to every other thing in this Universe. Having been in your energy field, even when you are far away from the vial, your body remembers it and can access it. As long as the vial is not opened or broken, the energy remains intact and your body can access it.
I specifically protect the vials from others being able to write to them, copy them or erase them (without opening or breaking them), and since I am the one who created them, I have access to them to write as required. All vials of each variety are connected to each other, so when I update one vial, all connected are also updated.
Question:
How does a vial read a person energies and work for him if it’s activated in his field?
Answer:
It's not exactly that the vial reads the energies, but rather that the body recognizes what it needs from the vial and activates what it needs.
The body knows what it needs and the vial opens options for it.
Question:
How does just placing the vial on an Energy Circle direct the frequency to the person concerned?
Answer:
This, actually, was the birth of Energy Circles...
Rhoda came to me one day and told me that she was putting drops of Rescue Remedy into water, setting the glass of water on a circle, drawing a line from that circle pointing to another circle which had the person's name inside it. She said she didn't know how it worked but it did.
When I looked at the scenario, it was clear to me that the second circle was not needed, but rather that one could write the name of the person to send the Rescue Remedy to inside a circle and then set that glass with Rescue Remedy water in it on that circle to send the energy to the person, and voilà, Energy Circles were born.

Is there a particular vial that I can use to pray for the wellbeing other people? Animals and plants?
Answer:
Any of the vials can BE used FOR people, animals and plants. The Emotional Freedom vial is the one most commonly used FOR all those things. It is our most popular vial.
Question:
Which is the best one to work with for insomnia and physical pain? Brain injury, indigestion, tendinitis, extreme fatigue constipation, arthritis and indigestion? Is there a vial in particular that I can work with to clear financial blockages, and whatever else so I can be in a wonderful place financially?
Answer:

Are there any limits as to how many healing requests (emotional, physical, mental and spiritual) that I can work through and with the vials per day?
Answer:
I know of no limits as to how many requests you can make of the vials in a single day.
The Emotional Freedom vial - you call 4 files, run the vial, then can call 4 more, run the vial, and CONTINUE until you have addressed all that you want to address.
The Flower Energies vial - you can call however many flowers you wish at once, though generally you don't want to call more than 9-12 at one time (see also the Flower Energy Blends and Flower Energy Formulas articles). You may wish to pause FOR a few minutes after calling one seet of flowers before calling another set.
Question:
May I ask which vials to work with to fully and permanently clear foreign energies, vows, curses…and to disconnect and return energies that belong to all others? Can we use the vials to work and heal all other lifetimes and if yes, which vial?
Answer:
I would think the Emotional Freedom vial would BE the most effective FOR all those things. It is in our emotional states that we ALLOW those things to come into our energy fields.
